This charming rose dates to the World War II era and bridges the gap between Retro Moderne and Modernist design. It has individually crafted petals, with an applied leaf to the side of the blossom. Although it is modestly sized, this is a substantial piece. It is very sculptural, and has good weight. The vintage silver has beautiful patina that accentuates its depth and dimension.
