Renaissance Tarot Deck - 2nd Edition 1987
This beautiful deck of tarot cards was designed by Brian Williams and published by U.S. Games Systems, Inc. in 1987. The cards were printed in Switzerland by AGMuller & Cie. The deck is complete, with no signs of wear or use to the 78 full-color, lovely cards. The original booklet is included with the deck. It has some folded edges on the outer pages, but is in very good condition overall. The artwork is well-drawn, graceful, and finely colored. The twelve deities of Olympus, plus additional classical gods and demi-gods are represented on the Major Arcana. The Minor Arcana suits are represented by four classical myth cycles , with planets, constellations, seasons, and elements present in an interlocking system. The suits also represent four great Renaissance cities - Milan, Florence, Venice, and Rome.
Cards measure 2-3/4 × 5 inches.
Cards are in excellent vintage condition. Booklet is in very good vintage condition. Box has some wear and one missing side tab at the top opening. It is in fair to good vintage condition.
