Original 1st printing 8&3/8 x 10&7/8" 68-page (February 1968, Volume 1, issue #1) magazine, "Paperbag".
This vintage magazine features a number of articles compiled “underground” press sources such as the International Times and Berkeley Barb. Also included are articles by Paul Krassner, Leon Russell. There is an interview with Bill Graham, a photo essay about a young hippie woman in Los Angeles, and an article on how to create a homemade light show. Five full color pages inside are identified as “posters,” including the “Hail Mary Jane” image shown in this description.
Medium-thin "pulpy" parchment stock cover/thin vellum interior magazine is in very good condition with only minor toning and edge wear.
