This striking bracelet is made from a solid sheet of silver that has been folded and bent to create a cuff. At each side of the cuff’s opening is a line of irregularly sized brass balls. The look is strong, tribal, and Modern. The cuff is worn with the opening at the back of the wrist, creating a smooth surface on the underside of the wrist, like a warrior’s gauntlet or archer’s wrist guard. The patination of the oxidized silver is a dark gunmetal gray, with color variation that adds to the interest. This handmade artisan piece is unsigned.
Measures 1-5/8 inches wide at back, 1-1/4 inch at opening. Band is 5-1/2 inches long, with 1 inch gap. Could be gently adjusted to a smaller or larger wrist. Weighs 1.5 ounces.
