This large and lovely Retro Modern brooch is thickly plated in yellow gold. The 2 collet-set stones are unfoiled faceted glass faux blue topaz. The graceful flower is marked PAT. 130141. This design patent is for the flower finding, which was patented in 1941 by Walter Lampl’s friend , Carl Schraysshuen. This flower finding was a favorite motif for Lampl jewelry. Marked 1/20 12K G.F. WL. Safety clasp holds well.
