This large, beautiful, openwork brooch is in the shape of a large five-lobed leaf. The metal has been “japanned” with black paint and is set with round and navette-shaped opaque faceted black glass stones. The effect is one of bold and elegant simplicity, perfect when worn against a light-colored fabric. Although unmarked, this brooch is of very high quality. Safety clasp holds well.
