This is a remarkable necklace and earrings set. The complex beadwork of the necklace, with tiny black seed beads, brings to mind a leii or feather boa. This necklace would have originally had a hangtag label reading KENNETH LANE, but that is no longer present. Unlike the thick and exuberant necklace, the matching bracelet lies flat against the wrist and includes both black glass seed beads and irregularly shaped glass beads in a lace-like pattern reminiscent of 1920s beadwork. Both are clasped by placing a beaded ball through a bead loop.
Necklace measures 23 inches long and 1 inch in diameter. Bracelet measures 7 inches long and 1-1/2 inch wide.
