This elegant, Modernist brooch is composed of 2 silver rods with smoothly rounded ends seemingly lashed together by a silver cord. It is marked MEX 925 TA-172. Other known jewelry pieces by this unidentified Mexican silversmith feature the same design but with gold-tone lashing. Safety clasp holds well.
