1983 Karma Music Tarot Card Deck - No Box
These extraordinary nontraditional tarot cards were created by artist Birgit Boline Erfurt, inspired by the artists and musicians she lived with during the late 1970s at Christiania, a commune in Copenhagen. They are painted in a surrealistic style. Erfurt sketched the artwork by firelight in the evenings while listening to her friends make music, then filled in the bright colors sitting outside in full sunlight. The deck was published by U.S. Games Systems in 1983. This scarce deck is complete, but the box and instruction booklet are missing. The cards are crisp, clean, and have shiny unmarred surfaces, with no signs of use or wear.
Cards measure 3-1/2 × 5-1/2 inches.
Cards are in excellent vintage condition. No box.
