These generously-sized, fabulous earrings are the finest example of 1960s shell jewelry that we have encountered. Superb artistry in design and execution went into their construction and their survival in this undamaged condition is nearly miraculous. The base of the bouquet is a trio of curling white shell “lilies.” Above thes are 4 pink flowers, each made from 5 tiny shells, and a scattering of tiny blue snail shell “buds.” A small white rhinestone sits at the center of each flower. Green “leaves” frame and accent the design. Clip backs hold well.
