These lovely earrings have been carved by hand from ivory-colored hard plastic. They test negative for Bakelite, but are clearly composed of a man-made substance. The roses are delicately crafted, with beautiful detail. Carving lines can be clearly seen on the back of one earring, and although they are nearly identical there are enough small differences to confirm that they were made by hand. Clip backs hold well.
Measure 3/4 inch in diameter.
