This beautifully crafted brooch was created by a Mexican artisan before 1948. A green glass cabochon rises at the center of the piece, surrounded by spirals spokes of silver that terminate between applied beads of silver. The underlying silver has been deliberately oxidized to create contrast between the whimsical spiral elements. Marked ERR 0925 HECHO EN MEXICO. Safety clasp holds well.
