This beautiful brooch is composed of brilliant white rhinestones prong-set in gold-tone. The openwork design is an abstroct flower face with large round rhinestones at its center surrounded by big rhinestone navette petals. One petal is set apart from the others, as if it is in the act of falling off. A cluster of smaller navettes below suggests a leaf. The tiered construction of this piece gives it a three dimensional shape. The rhinestones are clear, bright, and intact. Very light wear to the plating on the back. It is marked GARNE’ JEWELRY. Safety clasp holds well. The scarcity of Garne’ jewelry makes this is a very special find.
