Dating to the 1930s, this very unusual ring depicts a pond scene. It features a yellow enamel frog flanked on each side by blue and green dragonflies. The frog has a blue enamel face and is sitting on a turquoise enamel lily pad. The ring is marked SILVER, which in this era typically indicated a purity greater than sterling.
Measures 1/2 inch wide at the front. with a 1/8 inch wide band. The band is adjustable, but currently sized at 5-3/4. It could easily be made larger or smaller to fit a wide range of finger sizes.
Excellent vintage condition, with light wear to enamel typical of age. Normal patina of vintage silver has been left undisturbed.
